Silicone Foam

Silicone foam is a type of foaming material made from addition molded polysiloxane. It is made by using silicone raw materials and curing agents in a 1:1 ratio, which is a soft material formed by chemical foaming and addition reactions of pure organic silicon material. The pore size is small and uniform, and it is an environmentally friendly polymer material. Compared with foaming products made from traditional materials, this material has non-toxic and environmentally friendly properties, excellent resistance to compression deformation, and creep resistance The characteristics of good insulation and flame retardancy. In addition, this material can withstand extreme temperatures, ultraviolet rays, and ozone, and has excellent mechanical fatigue resistance. It is an ideal material for various high-performance shock absorption, buffering, sound insulation, protection, insulation, and flame retardancy.

Application

1. Used for various types of shock absorption and buffering, applied in assembly lines such as airplanes, high-speed trains, automobiles, energy storage, etc;

2. Used for various types of sealing, used on assembly lines such as new energy PACK packages and electrical cabinets;

3. Used for various insulation, flame retardant, low VOC, sound insulation, insulation, protection, etc.

Remarks:

1. Special indicators can be customized according to customer requirements;

2. Provide single-sided or double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for easy adhesion of surfaces with different interfaces;

3. Provide single-sided or double-sided film coverage to maintain the shape of die-cut products;

4. The maximum width is 1200mm, the minimum thickness is 0.5mm, and the maximum thickness is 30mm.
