4. Use process:
1. Before mixing, the curing agent (component B) is shaken before use.
2. When mixing, according to the weight ratio of group A: group B = 100:2, and the weight shall be weighed by the electronic scale.
3. When using, mix A and B and stir well for 3-4 minutes. The bottom of the container and the wall of the container must be stirred until now. Then vacuum exhaust bubble, debubble at-0.1 MPa for 2 minutes can be used.
5. Attention:
1. If it is a large product, choose silicone rubber with high hardness. If the product is a fine pattern, you need to use silicone rubber with low hardness.
2. The mixing ratio of silicone rubber and curing agent is 100:2-4, for example, 100 g of silicone rubber, add 2-4 g of curing agent. Add 2% curing agent, 30 minutes operation time, 4-6 hours mold can completely cure. The curing time is affected by the amount of curing agent, the more the curing agent is added, the faster the silicone curing. If you need a very short or a very long operation time, please contact us.
3. There is no need to add silicone oil to adjust the hardness or fluidity. For products with soft mold or very fine patterns, the amount of silicone oil is recommended to not exceed 10%.
4. The container should not be too full during vacuum, otherwise the silicone is easy to overflow the container during vacuum treatment.
5. In order to achieve the best effect, the silicone mold is best placed for 24 hours before use.
6. The production of the outer mold is to prevent the deformation of the silicone mold and increase the service life of the silicone mold. The method that small product uses commonly is to surround around mold with rubber board or board, pour gypsum water to fill mold frame completely. Large products use the way of resin brushing, brushing a layer of resin to paste a layer of glass fiber cloth, and then coating brush and paste, repeated two or three layers can complete the mold mold.
6. Packaging specifications:
This product is packaged in iron barrels in two specifications: 5kg and 25kg.
7. Storage and Transportation:
1. The storage period of this product is 12 months, should be stored at room temperature, dry bath and sealed containers, do not contact with water to prevent deterioration.
